About Newhall Community Park
East of Treat Boulevard along Galindo Creek is the 126-acre Newhall Community Park. Access is available from Turtle Creek Road or the Newhall Parkway, which is located south of Clayton Road. Galindo Creek flows through the park. This is a tributary to the Arroyo Seco River, which eventually flows into the Pacific Ocean. The dog park features 3 acres of land for your dog to run and play off-leash. There are also shaded areas with benches for dog owners to relax.
