All applicants must complete a separate application (Application to Rent C.A.R.).
For spouses, duplicated information does not need to be on both applications. All applicants must also fill out
Credit Check Authorization Form, this will allow us to review credit and complete the application process.

Each applicant that is 18 years or older must complete an application. The application fee is $35.00 per applicant Non Refundable.
